February’s totals:
Bike: 3h 31m 36s - 67.57 miles (108.98 kms)
Run: 3h 59m 45s - 23.82 miles (38.42 kms)
Swim: 2h 28m - 600 Yd (Yardage is not accurate as I don’t always enter it)
Strength: 4h 20m
Elliptical Training: 2h 30m
Stairmaster: 1h 34m
Walking: 1h 20m
March should be more, but overall, I’m happy with that.
