This weeks numbers:
Weight: 193.2 lbs (down -1.8 lbs from last week)
Body Fat: 19.6% (down -0.3% from last week)
LBM: 155.3 lbs (down -0.9 lbs from last week)
I surely wasn’t expecting this result. I ate ALOT this past week…almost maintenance levels for 2-3 days. I guess my training is burning more than I’m calculating. Either way, I’ll take it.
