Weigh-In: May 13, 2010

This weeks numbers:

Weight: 189.8 lbs (Down -1.6 lbs from last week)
Body Fat: 18.5% (Down -1.4% from last week)
LBM: 154.7 lbs (Up 1.4 lbs from last week)

Obviously last weeks weigh-in was an anomaly given how much I dropped this week, but my eating was far from perfect.  But I’ll take it regardless. :)


Weigh-In: May 6, 2010

This weeks numbers:

Weight: 191.4 lbs (Up 0.2 lbs from last week)
Body Fat: 19.9% (Up 0.8% from last week)
LBM: 153.3 lbs (Down -1.4 lbs from last week)

Well, with the combination of a little too much “refeeding” last weekend, and my dismal training this past week resulted in basically no weight change this week.  Plus the fact that I’m getting close to my goal weight means I have to be even more disciplined with my eating & training.  Next week will be better. :)
