This weeks numbers:

Weight: 189.8 lbs (Down -1.6 lbs from last week)
Body Fat: 18.5% (Down -1.4% from last week)
LBM: 154.7 lbs (Up 1.4 lbs from last week)

Obviously last weeks weigh-in was an anomaly given how much I dropped this week, but my eating was far from perfect.  But I’ll take it regardless. 🙂
