The short month of February is already over which means we’re that much closer to spring.

Totals for this month could have been better, but not bad overall.  As evident, my swimming and running took most of the time which is what it should be at this point since I’m learning to swim, and training for a 30k race.   March is once again going to be heavier on the running & swimming, but as the warmer weather approaches, I’ll be introducing more cycling.  Also, Daylight savings starts in a couple weeks which means daylight ever after I get home from work.  :mrgreen:
