Just an update of what’s happened in the last couple weeks:
1. My left knee pain never went away, pain just varied from mild to severe.
2. Decided to take a week of from training to see if it would improve. It did but not fully – following the next session it flared up again.
3. Made the decision to not train until February and get some sports specialists involved.
4. My diet has been a downward spiral since mid-December when I knew my knee would screw me over. This isn’t helping my cause obviously.
Coach Bryan has been very supportive and accommodating with this injury. I just need to get out of this funk and smarten up.
On a final note, I hope everyone had a great Christmas and looking forward to a prosperous New Year.
