Coach Steve suggested I should log everything, including my indiscretions and what led to them. Well last night I had another party with Lay’s Lightly Salted chips. All day and even to the point of buying them, my intentions were pure, even had a great workout after work, and I’m getting stronger. What led to the follow through? I was trying to think about it and I really couldn’t think of a reason other than I enjoy them – alot. If that’s the case, I just need to enjoy them in smaller portions, like a handful instead of the whole bag.
No one ever said this would be easy. Today is a new day.
