For compliance it means I was within my calorie alotment for the day, and my planned exercise was completed. ┬áMy macro’s aren’t always perfect, but calories are priority.

Body Fat: 35.8% (-0.6%)
LBM: 164.5lbs (-0.4 lbs)
Fat Mass: 91.7lbs (-2.6lbs)
