Another week, and more great numbers.
Compliance was approx. 95% on nutrition and exercise.
One thing I’m getting concerned about is the %BF & LBM. They seem to have been going in the wrong direction. Usually if your flat one week, their would be a correction the following week, but not the case for the last 2-3 weeks. Something to keep monitoring.

LBM: 162.0 lbs (-0.6 lbs)
Fat Mass: 89.6 lbs (-1.0 lbs)
