weekly-weigh-inThe past week wasn’t perfect for nutrition…well, there was only 1 day that I ate crap, but there was 2-3 days where I over ate, even if it was “healthy” stuff.  My training was 100% though and that’s probably what’s helping me still drop some weight.  This week’s numbers:

: 256.8 lbs (-3.0 lbs)

Body Fat: 36.6% (+0.8%)
LBM: 162.8 lbs (-4.0 lbs)
Fat Mass: 94.0 lbs (+1.0 lbs)
Avg. Daily Calorie Intake: 2526

An obvious “adjustment” from last week’s numbers but more in line with number from 2 weeks ago.
