Another week in the books, 2 weeks completed.  Diet was spot on, but did not workout as much as I would have liked due to sciatica.  It’s starting to clear up now so should be able to hit the iron more regularly.

Weight: 226.2 lbs (-1.6 lbs)
Body Fat: 24.1% (-0.9 %) (OMROM Handheld in “Athlete Mode”)
LBM: 171.7 lbs (+1.4 lbs)
Fat Mass: 54.5 lbs (-2.5 lbs)
