Everything is still on track, although I can’t run because of my back/sciatic, and gym is in lock down due to the ridiculous COVID BS.  So now relying on diet alone, and going to try and do some walking.

Diet is still on track.  Survived Xmas, even had keto Xmas dinner.  Did have a few whiskey drinks Xmas eve, but didn’t affect anything.

Seem to have a lot of LBM fluctuations, which means hydration.  Not sure what to make of it given my daily food intake is relativity the same.
