Weigh-In: April 29, 2010

This weeks numbers:

Weight: 191.2 lbs (Down -2.0 lbs from last week)
Body Fat: 19.1% (Down -0.6% from last week)
LBM: 154.7 lbs (Down -0.4 lbs from last week)

Well, after no change last week, this week dropped a whopping 2 lbs.  I’m happy with that considering my training has suffered this past week because of time constraints & stress of a major decision.  I’ll just keep doing what I’m doing as it seems to still be working.  The machine is well oiled!

Weigh-In: April 22, 2010

This weeks numbers:

Weight: 193.2 lbs (No change from last week)
Body Fat: 19.7% (Up 0.1% from last week)
LBM: 155.1 lbs (down -0.2 lbs from last week)

Well, it was bound to happen at one point.  No change this week.  I guess I ate more than I thought over the weekend.  But that’s OK. :)

Not to mention my scale is screwed.  This started last week were it doesn’t want to “lock in” a weight…it just keeps bouncing around 1-2 lbs, and sometimes 3-4 consecutive tries yields 3-4 different weights by 2-3 lbs.  I ordered a nice OMROM HBF-510W with the full body fat scanning.  I should get it by this weekend.  Then, at the next official weigh in next week, I’ll weigh on both scales to try and see if I can get some kind of correlation.

Weight: 193.2 lbs (down -1.8 lbs from last week)
Body Fat:
19.6% (down -0.3% from last week)
LBM:
155.3 lbs (down -0.9 lbs from last week)

I surely wasn’t expecting this result.  I ate ALOT this past week…almost maintenance levels for 2-3 days.  I guess my training is burning more than I’m calculating.  Either way, I’ll take it. :)



Weigh-In: April 8, 2010

This weeks numbers:

Weight: 195.0 lbs (down -1.6 lbs from last week)
Body Fat:
19.9% (down -1.0% from last week)
LBM:
156.2 lbs (up 0.7 lbs from last week)

Another successful week.  Clearly what I’m doing now is working and I’m not messing with it.  This is even after a nasty day of eating last Sunday (Easter).

Here this past weeks calories in/out stats:

Average Daily Calorie Intake: 2854
Average Daily Exercise Calories Burnt: 828
Current BMR(2450) + Daily Cals Burnt(828): 3278 cals daily out
Daily Calorie Deficit: 424 (x7 days = 2968 deficit = 0.9 lbs theoretical loss)

Average macronutrient split for the week was: 57% Carb, 20% Fat, 29% Protein.

This is the 1st week of the 3rd phase.

This weeks numbers:

Weight: 196.6 lbs (down -1.0 lbs from last)
Body Fat:
20.9% (down -0.1% from last week)
LBM:
155.5 lbs (down -0.6 lbs from last week)

Things are right on target.  The rest of this week, and next week are 2 heavy training weeks so I’ll probably up my calories a little to compensate.
