Thursday mornings are my “Official” weigh in days, and I will post the results every Thursday. I do weigh myself throughout the week, but fluctuations happen from diet, etc.
This weeks numbers look like this:
Weight: 216.2 lbs (down 1.8 lbs from last week)
Body Fat: 24.2% (down 1% from last week)
Lean Body Mass(LBM): 163.9 lbs (up 0.8 lbs from last week)
Not a bad week overall.
