This is the 1st week of the 3rd phase.
This weeks numbers:
Weight: 196.6 lbs (down -1.0 lbs from last)
Body Fat: 20.9% (down -0.1% from last week)
LBM: 155.5 lbs (down -0.6 lbs from last week)
Things are right on target. The rest of this week, and next week are 2 heavy training weeks so I’ll probably up my calories a little to compensate.
