Things are still looking up on the swim front.  This morning I did another endurance session and managed 800 yards continuous in 16m 15s which is a 2:02/100y (2:14/100m) pace.  This might not seem like something major to an experienced swimmer, but for a brick like myself that just started out 4 months ago, it’s a breakthrough.

Next milestone will be 1700 yards which is just over 1500m which is what I need to get done the Olympic Tri on July 17.
