I’ll adding recipes I’ve found and tried. ┬áHere’s one that makes an excellent dessert or post workout treat. ┬áThe macro nutrients will vary a little depending on which protein powder you use, but they should be close.

100g Banana or Chocolate Protein Powder (I use Precision Sport Supplements – Iso-Pro Low Carb Whey Protein)
30g oats
1 medium banana-mashed
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp cocoa
Dash of splenda
Water – Just enough to turn mixture into paste
6 tsp Dessicated coconut

Mix all ingredients (except dessicated coconut) together in a bowl until you have a consistent mix.

Form approx. 15 balls, then roll them in the dessicated coconut.

Keep them covered and refrigerated.
