OK, it’s been 3 weeks since I last posted some weigh-in numbers so I figured it’s time to for an update.
This weeks numbers:
Weight: 249.0 lbs (down 8.6 lbs from last update Sept 4)
Body Fat: 34.4% (down 0.7% from last update Sept 4)
LBM: 163.3lbs (down 3.8 lbs from last update Sept 4)
Well, I’m hoping that LBM is just a fluctuation and will correct itself over time. My calorie intake hasn’t been that low to justify that much LBM lost.
Still shooting for 240 for Nov 4th which is the day of my half marathon. At this point I feel it’s definitely doable.
