Belated post, but I survived Christmas fairly unscathed.  Based on this weeks numbers I didn’t really lose or gain so that’s a victory in itself other than just some water weight moving around.  Now time for progress.

Initial start Weigh In Dec 23, 2013:

Weight: 268.6 lbs
Body Fat: 38.6%
LBM: 164.9 lbs

Weigh In Dec 30, 2013:

Weight: 270.4 lbs (up 1.8 lbs)
Body Fat: 37.6% (down 1.0%)
LBM: 168.7 lbs (up 3.8 lbs)

Like I mentioned, those are merely water weight changes.  This will be more apparent at next weeks weigh in.

Also, I’ll be starting the 2014 Burn the Fat New Year New You Challenge on January 2 which is a 98 day (14 week) fat loss challenge following the principles of the Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle program.  Before pictures will be posted on start day.  Yikes.
