Body Fat: 37.6% (+0.8%)
LBM: 163.4 lbs (-5.3 lbs)
Fat Mass: 98.4 lbs (+1.1 lbs)
I’ve been getting some really inconsistent readings from my BF scale lately so I really don’t know what to make of these numbers. Lets see what happens next week.
