As previously mentioned, for the past week I’ve been IF using the 16/8 protocol, and also keeping carbs relatively low (usually under 100g). I’ve also worked out 4 times – 3 runs & 1 MRT. My average caloric intake for the week was 2017.
Here are the numbers:
Weight: 265.8 lbs (-7.4 lbs)
Body Fat: 37.7% (-1.5%)
LBM: 165.6 lbs (-0.5 lbs)
Fat Mass: 100.2 lbs (-6.9 lbs)
I’m ecstatic with these numbers. 93% of the weight loss was from fat!
