weekly-weigh-in_thumb2The first week week of Phase 1 is complete and as far as compliance is concern, I was 100% on the workouts and 98% on nutrition, meaning I had 1 slip up last Thursday night, but nothing too serious.  Even had a couple of beers Saturday but remained within my allotment.

Now the numbers: Phase 1, Week 1

Weight: 260.2 lbs (-3.6 lbs)
Body Fat: 35.8% (-1.3%)
LBM: 167.0 lbs (+1.1 lbs)
Fat Mass: 93.2 lbs (-4.7 lbs)

I’m extremely pleased with these numbers and puts me on track for my Phase 1 goal.
