New really new to report this week. Diet is still on-point, did some walking almost every day for about 30 mins. It appears like the COVID lockdown will be extend beyond Jan 25 so thinking of making my own weights out of concrete. Something needs to happen soon as my LBM is in free-fall if I can trust my handheld BF reader.
I also moved my first goal weight to 200 from 195 lbs. That’s the point where I plan to start a legit bulk cycle. Right now, the trend line says that will be sometime in late-March. Doesn’t mean I’m not going to lift till then. Just means I’ll be focusing on maintaining existing LBM and a calorie deficit until that point is reached.
